Welcome to the Cedric Dickerson State Farm Agent office in Wilmington, NC. Since 1993, I have proudly helped individuals, families, and businesses throughout Wilmington, New Hanover County, Pender County, and Brunswick County with their insurance needs. With more than 33 years of experience and deep roots in the community, I enjoy helping people through simple conversations that identify strengths, uncover gaps, and develop options that fit their needs. Giving back has always been an important part of my life. I am an enthusiastic advocate for community service, and that commitment is reflected in both our team culture and the service we provide. Over the years, I have served on a variety of local boards and organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club, Rotary, Cape Fear Community College Foundation, Salvation Army, Boy Scouts, Literacy Council, and Wilmington Health Access for Teens. I graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Business and have remained a dedicated advocate for students through ECU Student Affairs while also supporting UNCW. I was honored to represent North Carolina's 7th Congressional District on the North Carolina Human Relations Commission and have received recognition including the UNCW Razor Walker Award, induction into the E.A. Laney High School Athletic Hall of Fame, and the Central/Eastern High School Alumni Hall of Fame.

Outside the office, my wife Mary and I have been married for 49 years and are grateful for our two adult children and the relationships we've built throughout the Wilmington community. I have volunteered as a basketball coach for more than 40 years, working with youth leagues, travel teams, and serving for over 20 years as a varsity high school assistant coach. I also enjoy traveling, listening to music, dancing, coaching and watching sports, and staying active in the community. Our office proudly serves customers in English, and we look forward to helping our Good Neighbors protect what matters most.
